Ease pregnancy niggles, learn biomechanics of birth, practice movements for birth and learn six powerful breathing techniques.
MIND
Train your mind with a full hypnobirth course. PLUS learn other powerful bodymind tools such as Mindfulness for birth, positive psychology, sports psychology, journaling, reframing fear, questioning and reframing your beliefs about your body and birth. Learn daily and weekly practices to help this knowledge become embedded as second nature.
BIRTHing
Midwife and Doula approved research backed antenatal education including: birth physiology, hormones of birth, place of birth choices, how birth partners can best support you, medical support options, questioning induction, ways to navigate the healthcare system to get the care that is right for you and SO much more!
