Pregnancy Yoga
Mama, this is your time. A sacred hour each week to move, breathe, connect, and prepare for the journey ahead.
In these sessions, we’ll stay active in ways that feel good, ease those little pregnancy aches and pains, explore movements that can help during birth, and practice breathing techniques that will support you when it matters most. You’ll also get plenty of tips for birthing—and, maybe most importantly, a chance to connect with your baby and other local mamas-to-be.
We end every class with a deep, guided relaxation—because you deserve rest, replenishment, and a moment to just be.
These classes are held in the gorgeous Yoga House, Upper Cumberland Walk, on Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 8 pm. They run alongside the BodyMind Birthing courses, so whether you're joining the full course or just dropping into yoga, you’ll be part of a community that gets it.
