BodyMind Birthing is a unique 6-week practical, research backed, holistic antenatal education course for women hoping to have a vaginal birth to help you reconnect to your ancient feminine birthing wisdom in the modern world.
Three training courses in one holistic package!
Prepare your BODY: with prenatal yoga, breath work and other nervous system regulation tools plus aromatherapy for pregnancy birth and beyond.
Prepare you MIND: with Hypobirth, Mindfulness, positive psychology, sports psychology, pain psychology, self reflection, release fear and tension.
Prepare for BIRTHING: with full antenatal training, including place of birth choices, birth physiology, hormones of birth, creating the right environment for birth, options for medical support, induction of labour, birth partners role and postnatal considerations.
Continue your study and practice at home using the online course hub.
This course is available in person (currently only in Tunbridge Wells, Kent), live online and pre-recorded online so you can work through the content at your own pace with your birth partner.
