We dive deep! Over six weeks, you’ll gather a toolkit that covers both the science and the spirit of birth. We bring together the “top-down” (hypnobirth, mindfulness, neuroscience, self-belief, and positive psychology) with the “bottom-up” (breath work, yoga, and the biomechanics of birth) so these practices truly sink into your bones and your being. Because this isn’t just about birthing a baby; it’s about birthing you—the you who is ready for parenting and beyond.

And let’s talk real talk for a second: partners? We love them. We honor their role in this experience. But, mama—you’re the one doing the birthing!

This is your body, your mind, your moment. That’s why this course is designed to prioritize YOU, giving you research-backed, holistic training to help make this birth an empowering, positive experience.

Here’s how it works

The course is centred around the extensive Online Course Hub filled with audios and videos designed to be consumed over a 6-week period. Buy the digital course and work through at your own pace. Buy the in-person course and we work through together in our 90-minute weekly sessions (as well as some gentle homework via the Online Hub which you get lifetime access to).

In person groups also have their own exclusive Whatsapp group because we know how important building your village is.

It’s prenatal yoga, it’s mindfulness, it’s hypnobirthing, and it’s a women’s circle where you’ll connect, share, and realise you’re not alone in any of this.

Oh, and did I mention? It’s FULL antenatal education, too—bite-sized chunks of everything you need to know, from pregnancy through parenting, delivered in a way that’s easy to digest and optional if you’ve already got it covered. (One mama told us our course was “far more comprehensive” than the other course she was taking locally, so there’s that!)

And here’s the beautiful thing: after completing the full course, you’re welcome to keep showing up to the pregnancy yoga sessions weekly, from now until the day you meet your baby.
