Live online 6-week BodyMind Birthing course
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Weekly 90min live online class on Tuesdays 6.30pm - 8pm.
The sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you miss one.
We start the class with a check-in and discuss the weekly topic. You will be asked to read through the pre-class lessons so you can bring your questions alongs.
We then have a short meditation, breathing practice of the week and a prenatal yoga class followed by a guided hypnobirth relaxation.
There are suggested homework practices so you can deeply embed the knowledge into your bodymind.
You also gain access to the online course hub which includes full antenatal training, downloadable worksheets, birth plan template, aromatherapy information for birth & beyond, 6 antenatal yoga videos, 7 guided breathing videos, 6 hypnobirth audios, a 7-day introduction to Mindfulness video course, 2 Mindful birth meditation audios, 1 postnatal yoga video, access to private WA community.
The online spaces are limited to 12 per course to encourage connection and sharing.
